
Prep and Cook Time: 10-15 min
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
1 apple
1tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger
1/2 c raisins
1/4 c sliced almonds
Instructions:
1. Dice apple and toast the almonds on medium heat for several minutes. Set aside.
2. Cook turkey and add in spices and apples. When the meat is done, add in raisins and almonds.
3. Serve hot and enjoy!
I sauteed the turkey in a good dollop of coconut oil and added salt. tasty!
