Banana Almond Coconut Bites

These are easy to make, a great snack, and easy to pack! They're great for breakfast or if your craving a sweeter afternoon snack that's healthy, and they taste like Lara Bars in the banana bread flavor.

Prep time: 10 min
Makes: 12 bites
Appliances: Food Processor

1 c banana chips *(I used Nature's All Freeze-Dried Bananas)
1 c coconut flakes
3/4 c raisins
1/2 c all natural almond butter (more if needed)
1 c soft medjool dates (remove seeds)

Mix all of the ingredients in a food processor. Place the mixed ingredients in a bowl. Make 1 inch balls/bites by needing the mixture together by hand. Place on a plate and they're ready to eat! So easy! Store in the refrigerator.
